PLACEHOLDER TEXT - Job Description As Managing Partner of RCP, Jared is responsible for portfolio management and originating and closing on acquisition and development deals for the company. Prior to forming RCP in 2009, Jared served as an Acquisitions Officer for KTR Capital, a $500 million real estate private equity fund based in New York City (2006-09). Previously (2004-06), Jared was a Vice President at HRO Asset Management, investing in real estate across the United States on behalf of a $2 billion foreign real estate fund. Jared began his career in 1997 at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate in the Advisory Services Group and later joined an international investment group within the firm. Jared holds a MBA with an emphasis on real estate, finance and management from Columbia Business School (2004) and a BA in English Literature from St. Lawrence University (1997).
